idX Corporation, a premier designer and manufacturer, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to manage project cycles from customer requests to completion. You will coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery while supporting ERP-based operations and cross-functional collaboration in Southern California.

The role emphasizes cost effectiveness, strong customer service, and multi-project oversight with potential mentorship of junior coordinators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of admin/project coordination experience in consumer environments.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of ERP fundamentals preferred.
• Experience in wood/metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Architectural/Interior design knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while multi-tasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Proven track record handling multi-million-dollar accounts as lead.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle
• Monitor each project from order entry to completion
• Support project management with ERP data, shipping, and timelines
• Develop cost proposals for final review
• Provide customer service and sales support to projects
• Manage order entry and shipping documentation
• Mentor/train junior project coordinators
