Job summary

American Concrete Products is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team with delivery paperwork, scheduling, and ERP order maintenance. The role involves coordinating release work with Sales and Operations, handling sales orders, P.O.

creation and timely invoicing to ensure seamless project flow. Applicants should have strong communication and analytical skills, plus familiarity with MS Office; associates degree or vocational training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Manufacturing, engineering, mechanical and/or electrical control experience is a plus.
• Associates degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Strong computer experience and knowledge in MS Suite, Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release work with Sales, PMs and Operations to execute delivery schedules.
• Enter and manage sales orders in ERP, print/deliver tickets, BOLs, labels and QC paperwork.
• Create Purchase Orders and issue them to vendors to avoid schedule delays.
• Process daily production entries, manage materials and inventory, conduct cycle counts.
• Submit customer invoices and reconcile billing and project financials.
