Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Planner skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of OT initiatives.
• Coordinate schedules, site activities, installations, and commissioning.
• Maintain project plans, meeting notes, action logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and manage vendor/contractor coordination.
• Assist procurement, track invoices, and support third-party relationships.
