Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, procurement, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting, contracts, and building systems.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, purchase orders, and order management.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software and construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from concept through closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, procurement, permitting, design coordination, and occupancy.
• Provide leadership, set expectations, and remove obstacles to project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify risks.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Review and negotiate proposals, contracts, change orders, and consultant agreements.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
