Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of experience in project administration or coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, confidentiality, multi-tasking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Directors in Railroad Operations and Ferry Operations.
• Provide program-level reporting and assist on multiple projects.
• Prepare project-related correspondence, reports, charts, and presentations.
• Coordinate project tasks with Contract Administration, Procurement, Project Controls, Field Services, and other departments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Environmental, Safety, and other departments as required.
• Assist in coordinating complex projects with outside agencies, abutters, and utilities.
• Support in addressing time-sensitive tasks and follow up on actions.
