Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed with related experience.
• 4 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, databases, and PowerPoint.
• Effective professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, confidentiality, multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in delivery of complex projects per MBTA policies and procedures.
• Provide program-level reporting and assistance on multiple projects.
• Prepare project-related correspondence, reports, charts, and presentations.
• Coordinate tasks with Contract Administration, Procurement, Project Controls, and other departments.
• Work with Engineering, Capital, Environmental, Safety and other Operational departments.
