Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in construction fields.
• Direct experience managing MBTA, rail, transit, transportation, or heavy infrastructure projects preferred.
• Applicable area licenses and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent team development, communication skills, and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan and Suffolk principles.
• Communicate issues and progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Maintain the baseline schedule and six-week look ahead planning.
• Lead Pull Planning and weekly coordination meetings.
• Manage subcontractor performance and job site logistics.
• Attend project turnover, closeout meetings, and owner conversations.
