Job summary

R Systems in California is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support enterprise healthcare technology initiatives. You will coordinate schedules, track milestones, and maintain documentation while ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum practices and Jira workflows.

The role demands strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project coordination or IT delivery.
3+ years of experience with Jira for project/task tracking and Agile delivery.
Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
Strong experience with project schedules, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and documentation.
Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in an enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities across project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
Create and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, RAID logs, and project documentation.
Use Jira to create, manage, and track user stories, tasks, defects, epics, sprints, and project progress.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
