Job summary

Smile Digital Health is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Technical Account Management team in planning, coordinating, and delivering customer projects.

You will help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with business goals by applying project management and Agile best practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting internal clients in IT environment.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, SOW management, and resource planning.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proactive, quick learner with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver project activities with TAMs and Agile leads.
• Schedule meetings, track progress, document actions, and escalate risks.
• Provide project operations support: deliverable tracking, documentation, reporting, and PM tools administration.
• Triage issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve with guidance from TAMs.
• Monitor plans, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure delivery.
• Maintain project docs, issue logs, minutes, and repositories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver accurate status reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze data and Recommend improvements to delivery efficiency.
• Ensure accurate time tracking and billable utilization in PM systems.
