Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst to support IT project teams in Jira and Confluence, handling status tracking, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day coordination in an Agile setting.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain current information, prepare dashboards, and ensure timely follow-up on risks, issues, and action items.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, technical project support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with IT, software development, or technical teams.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project information.
• Experience tracking project status, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Ability to work independently and follow up with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project status, tasks, milestones, and deliverables in Jira.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, project updates, and reference materials in Confluence.
• Monitor Jira boards, tickets, epics, stories, and overall project progress.
• Follow up with project team members to obtain status updates and ensure project information remains current.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards for project leadership.
• Support project managers and technical teams with day-to-day project coordination.
• Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Identify outdated or missing information in Jira and Confluence and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve it.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project reporting as needed.
• Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants.
