Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale IE&E modernization. You will coordinate schedules, maintain plans, and drive communication across business and IT teams on an enterprise program.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT project coordination, familiarity with Agile/SDLC, and strong stakeholder and vendor coordination. Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT project coordination experience in PMO or PM contexts.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology and systems integration projects.
• Strong planning, reporting, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, and MS Office.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience coordinating software development, systems integration, application implementation, cloud, data, or enterprise technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation
• Track project risks, issues, change requests, and action items
• Facilitate meetings and communication across business, IT, PMO, leadership, and vendor teams
• Support project planning, resource coordination, change management, releases, and implementation activities
• Ensure adherence to PMO, SDLC, Agile, and governance standards

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology and systems integration projects
• Strong skills in project planning, reporting, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination

Preferred:

• Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Knowledge of APIs, application integrations, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
• PMP, CSM, or related certification
