HDR is a leading engineering firm focused on building facilities and infrastructure. The Lead Project Coordinator will help drive schedules, budgets and quality across diverse building engineering projects in California.

The role requires coordinating with multiple project teams, preparing documentation, and supporting client engagements while upholding the company’s collaborative, employee-owned culture. Sacramento and other CA locations are referenced.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations of production with staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• May function as Assistant Project Manager and assist production on projects.
• Coordinate services with other sections and support project reviews.
• Prepare documents, reports, contracts and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings and client presentations.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through the project management system.
