Job summary

Banda Group International seeks a Project Controls III to support the Laboratory's EVMS and Project Controls with advanced cost engineering, scheduling, analysis, and control. This senior role operates with significant independence to resolve complex issues and guide project controls personnel.

Responsibilities include developing integrated schedules in Primavera P6, evaluating performance trends, and ensuring work meets schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Advanced experience in planning, scheduling, cost engineering, and cost control.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 including schedule development and analysis.
• Knowledge of EVMS tools, processes, and performance measurement.
• Experience with Cobra administration in restricted environments.
• Proven communication and teamwork across technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS and Project Controls System implementation and maintenance.
• Perform cost Estimating, analysis, control, forecasting, and related activities.
• Develop and analyze integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Identify trends, communicate issues to management, and provide recommendations.
• Provide technical direction for cost engineering and scheduling activities.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, construction, and stakeholders.
