Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost forecasting for multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and related project performance tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Analyze monthly schedule and cost data, identify variances and support root cause analysis.
• Ensure risk reserves are integrated into financial forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
• Apply financial controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on project controls best practices.
