Job summary

Banda Group International seeks a Project Controls III to support EVMS and the Project Controls System in a senior role at Los Alamos, NM. You will perform cost estimating, analysis, forecasting, and scheduling using Primavera P6, while guiding cost engineering and planning activities with independence.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and eight+ years of related experience, along with strong communication skills and ability to work on-site on a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience or equivalent.
• Advanced experience in planning, scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience for schedule development and maintenance.
• Advanced EVMS tools and project performance measurement knowledge.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra administration and Cobra in restricted environments.
• Proficiency with multiple project controls software and standard business tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Los Alamos, NM on a 4/10 schedule.
• Active DOE Q clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS and Project Controls System implementation and maintenance.
• Perform cost estimating, cost analysis, cost control, forecasting, and related activities.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Evaluate performance, identify trends, and communicate issues to management.
• Develop schedules, provide status updates, monitor progress, and perform variance analysis.
• Provide technical direction and supervision for cost engineering and scheduling.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and to requirements.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to complex issues using independent judgment and analysis.
