Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling professional to lead industrial project controls, develop construction schedules, and manage cost estimates. The role emphasizes coordination across disciplines, monitoring progress, and providing accurate forecasts using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of industrial project controls experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project controls deliverables and schedules.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating for industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings and field verification.
• Develop and maintain the cost system with reports and reconciliations.
• Assist in cost estimates for change notices and project scope.
• Support clients and teammates with constructability and logistics planning.
• Evaluate quantity analysis for durations and estimating.
