Job summary

Internetwork Expert seeks an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to lead program controls for multi-project schedules. You will develop baselines, manage resource and cost loading, and coordinate with cost, risk, and design teams to ensure alignment with contractual milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and a track record in capital construction scheduling. EVMS knowledge and PM credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of substantial capital construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Office applications.
• Experience with EVMS or similar project control processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Controls leadership with planning, development, monitoring, and control of project schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and update baselines and detailed schedules with resources and costs.
• Coordinate with cost, risk, design, and construction teams to align schedule with program goals.
• Monitor construction progress and validate schedule progress through reviews and site visits.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with baselines and reporting requirements.
• Lead schedule QA/QC, including critical paths, relationships, constraints, and data integrity.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses and recoveries to mitigate delays.
• Communicate schedule risks and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and supervision of junior schedulers on project teams.
