Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to join its Power sector team. In this role you will support project managers by developing and maintaining schedules for small to mid-size projects, monitor progress, and prepare status reports.

The position emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in construction scheduling, experience with Primavera or MS Project, and a background in cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Certifications (CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with monitoring project scheduling.
• Develop and present schedules for small to medium projects.
• Monitor construction progress and provide written progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, durations, and formats.
