Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Controls Manager for the Spent Fuel Handling Project near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab, Idaho. You will oversee cost management, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and governance across the program.

Lead cost engineering, forecasting, and performance analytics while collaborating with executives and project teams to drive predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive project controls experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience on large projects (> $500 million) or programs with multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control project budgets and cost systems.
• Oversee baseline schedules and critical path tracking.
• Prepare cost forecasts, EAC, and cash flow projections.
• Review change orders and assess financial impacts.
• Lead and mentor project controls team and establish standards.
