Job summary

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive project controls experience on large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cost engineering: estimating, cost control, change management, risk, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Ability to develop and implement standard project controls procedures.
• Ability to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and budgets.
• Experience building Primavera P6 cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Ability to present clear management-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for Operations, Project Managers, Project Director, and client for project controls.
• Ensure alignment between design, construction, and program needs.
• Attend and support status review meetings.
• Maintain project budget integrity with approved scope changes.
• Support estimate development.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded P6 master schedule.
• Monitor and report on progress, cost, and schedule variances.
