Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Manager II to oversee cost tracking, forecasting, contracts, and change management on BOQ projects across solar, energy storage, wind, and transmission initiatives.

You will partner with the Construction PM team to keep projects on time and on budget, driving risk analysis and performance measurement. The role requires 30-50% travel to sites, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office when not on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management or accounting.
• 7+ years’ relevant experience in project controls/commercial management.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% required.
• Valid Driver’s license and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost control, forecasting, and earned value analysis to support budgets.
• Administers contracts and subcontract changes; ensures approvals and compliance.
• Supports PM reporting with daily/weekly/monthly cost data and project cost reports.
• Assesses scheduling impacts on costs; recommends mitigation and contingency actions.
• Supports client relationship management and project leadership with risk analyses.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to project controls staff and site teams.
