Job summary

Pembrooke & Ives in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager with hybrid work flexibility. You will own budget, schedule, staffing forecasts, and profitability tracking, and you will manage change orders while partnering with Directors and the COO/EVP on contracts and resourcing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in project accounting, project controls, or project management within AEC, interior design, or construction, including 2–3 years owning both budget and schedule for

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project accounting, project controls, or project management within AEC, interior design, or construction environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract evaluation across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Enforce contract terms and compliance across projects.
• Own budget, schedule, and staffing forecasts; track profitability and manage change orders.
• Partner with Directors and the COO/EVP on contracts and resourcing.
