WSP USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, budgeting, and scheduling within our Project Controls team. The role emphasizes partnering with engineering and design teams to optimize costs and deliver robust reports to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a decade of project controls experience on large projects, strong proficiency with Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and PMIS tools, and thrives in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Advanced degrees or PMI-SP/AACE CCP/CEP are a plus.
• 10 years of combined field and office project controls experience on large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of cost estimating methodologies and schedule management best practices.
• Experience developing dashboards/reports in Power BI/Tableau; Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and subcontractor coordination.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and baseline budgets.
• Implement cost control procedures to track expenses and analyze variances.
• Collaborate with engineering/design teams to optimize project costs.
• Establish methods to measure progress and use data for cost performance.
• Maintain project reports and support PMIS administration.
