Job summary

CMCOM LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler / Project Controls Specialist to support major capital programs in New York and New Jersey. The role combines schedule management, cost control, and performance reporting for public infrastructure projects.

You will lead CPM scheduling with Primavera P6, generate dashboards, and coordinate with managers, contractors, and agencies. Hybrid schedule with site visits; relocation optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction scheduling on large-scale projects.
• Minimum 2+ years Primavera P6 (Version 21+) experience.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling, earned value, and cost reporting.
• Public sector/infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using CPM methods.
• Update schedules in Primavera P6 v21+ and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with PMs, contractors, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Produce monthly reports tracking variance and progress.
• Support schedule risk analysis and look-ahead planning.
• Attend weekly meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
