Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls department, mentoring staff and ensuring robust cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting across projects. The role coordinates with PMs, risk controls, and executives to align PC processes with corporate goals.

The position requires up to 25% US travel, located in Kansas City, with opportunities to work on projects across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in project cost management.
• 15+ years of schedule integration, practices and tools.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Coach PC team members in PC and project management techniques.
• Escalate and resolve PC-related issues with Project Managers.
• Assign PCAs and PC Administrative support to projects.
• Monitor policies, capacity, utilization and performance with Senior Manager – Project Services.
• Direct and supervise PC personnel across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with PMs to determine system objectives and solutions.
• Support risk management processes related to PC reporting.
• Develop and mentor PC staff to maximize talent.
