Lemartec Corporation in Miami, FL, seeks a Project Controls Analyst to support Project Managers in planning, cost control, and financial success of assigned projects. You will coordinate contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress, traveling up to 30% across the US.

Responsibilities include project coordination, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, document control, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or related field with 5+ years’ work experience within the engineering / construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
• Superior communication skills (oral and written).
• In-depth knowledge of Standard Accounting practices and procedures.
• Experience with Procore and MS Project/ Primavera P6.
