Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls department, mentor PC team members, and manage PC processes across multiple projects. The role interfaces with managers, VPs, and executives to align project decisions with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include training, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and reporting. The PCM collaborates with Project Managers, risk controls engineers, and executives to optimize project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in project cost management or related work experience.
• 15+ years of schedule integration, practices and tools.
• PMP Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Coach PC team members in PC and project management techniques.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure realistic PC personnel workload and project demand.
• Assign PCAs and PC Administrative support to projects in coordination with PMs and Senior Manager – Project Services.
• Monitor policies, procedures, and standard documents and review capacity and utilization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
