Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec subsidiary, is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls department, mentor team members, and manage PC processes. The role interfaces with project managers, VPs, and executives across multiple markets and requires travel up to 25% across the US.

Ideal candidate brings extensive experience in project cost control, scheduling integration, and risk management, with a focus on delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in project cost management or related work experience.
• 15+ years of schedule integration, practices and tools.
• PMP Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor PC staff to maximize human capital investments.
• Support project managers and PC personnel in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
• Ensure corporate PC processes are implemented and utilized according to requirements.
• Train new PC personnel in PC procedures and cost reporting systems.
• Maintain and improve PC processes and SOPs.
