Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary controls partner for a Delivery VP and the project portfolio. You will oversee cost, schedule, risk, and change management, driving credible forecasts and value realization across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes embedded leadership, collaboration with engineering, finance, and operations, and the development of project controls talent to improve predictability and outcomes within a large energy infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating Project Controls across multiple projects and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen including budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and EAC development.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, risk management, change management, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Project Controls partner for the Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Collaborate with Project Executives, Project Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance to translate plans into cost, schedule, risk strategies.
• Support the Director in aligning resources and integrating them into project leadership.
• Lead Phase 3 through Commercial Close of project setup and execution planning.
• Escalate significant risks and change impacts to leadership for action.
• Lead monthly project reviews and executive reporting with data-driven insights.
• Mentor and develop Project Controls personnel within the portfolio.
