Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise leadership to define strategy, standards, and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build and integrated delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, EVMS, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin and schedule.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Set standards for document management and data quality.
• Collaborate with executives to improve project predictability and profitability.
• Build a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control specialists.
