CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to provide enterprise leadership for project controls across a large, complex portfolio serving municipal, industrial, and federal clients. The role will establish governance, systems, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The ideal candidate brings deep leadership in the AEC space, with experience in integrated design-build and other delivery models.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership of project controls for large, complex portfolios.
• Experience with integrated design-build or alternative delivery models.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms and analytics.
• Knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, EVMS, risk, and document controls.
• Ability to translate data into executive decisions.
• Experience building high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance across regions.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Develop dashboards and predictive insights for portfolio health and margins.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and automation.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes.
