Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. This role drives governance, systems, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The ideal candidate has deep AEC project controls leadership with integrated design-build and alternative delivery experience, and will advance digital transformation in platforms, workflows, reporting, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of project controls for large, complex portfolios.
Experience with integrated design-build and alternate delivery models.
Proven experience with digital transformation and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
Establish controls for design-build and other delivery models.
Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and scheduling.
Develop dashboards and predictive insights for portfolio performance.
Lead modernization of platforms, data, and workflows across the enterprise.
Establish document controls, data quality, and configuration management.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
Develop talent and build a scalable project controls organization.
