Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Controls to lead the PMO controls across its construction portfolio.

You will develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting standards, partnering with Preconstruction, Construction Finance and Development to enable informed decisions and on-time delivery. The role requires 12–15 years in project controls on large-scale programs, proven leadership of cross-functional teams, and US work eligibility; data center experience is highly

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls with a focus on multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, train, and manage a project controls team of cost managers and schedulers.
• Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on status and risk.
• Conduct regular project reviews and analysis for delays, costs, and optimization.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction across the portfolio and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Deliver executive-level reports with performance updates, risks, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance and Development to support forecasting and baselining.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and analyses for concise decision making.
• Implement and audit project controls policies and tools across the portfolio.
• Oversee schedule management, change management, risk tracking, and EML reporting.
