Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a project controls team across cost and schedule.
• Provide executive-level reports on performance updates, risks, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance and Development teams for visibility and baselining.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and analyses to enable concise decision making.
• Audit and improve project controls processes and tools across the portfolio.
