Strike, LLC in the United States is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead project controls across multiple construction projects. The role focuses on cost management, forecasting, scheduling, productivity analysis, financial reporting, and risk management to support profitable execution.

You will partner with Operations, Project Management, Estimating, and Accounting to ensure forecasts are reliable, performance is tracked, and corrective actions are implemented.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years in construction project controls or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with project cost forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Excel; ERP exposure.

Mansioni

• Oversee project controls across projects and units, establishing consistent processes and reporting standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify project risks, evaluate performance, and develop corrective actions with leadership.
• Promote collaboration between Project Controls, Project Management, Estimating, Accounting, and field operations.
• Oversee cost tracking, budgeting, and financial forecasting across forecasting, accounting, and reporting systems.
• Lead EAC and ETC reviews, challenging assumptions to reflect current conditions.
• Lead monthly WIP and Project Status Reviews, analyzing profitability, variances, and financial risks.
