Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager in Culpeper, VA to lead the PMO controls for cost, schedule, and performance data across multiple construction projects. You will partner with Preconstruction, Construction Finance, and Development teams to deliver forecasting, baselining, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive project/portfolio controls experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, train, and manage a project controls team of cost managers and schedulers.
• Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on status and risk.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify critical paths, delays, and cost impacts.
• Provide strategic direction and decision-making across the portfolio to align with objectives.
• Deliver executive-level reports including performance updates, risk, and recovery plans.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses for project performance.
