Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to lead project controls for large-scale projects. You will validate schedules, cost reports, and forecasting, while ensuring data integrity across the enterprise planning and controls system.

You will mentor team members and interface with management and clients. Responsibilities include developing execution plans, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing risk management and earned value reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 7+ years direct project controls experience required.
• Experience with critical path scheduling, project cost management, estimating and document control required.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes and consult with project management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Present schedule and budget status reports to management and clients.
• Validate proper set-up and management of the controls software.
• Develop scheduling, cost, cash flow reports and forecasts for multiple projects.
