Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in Atlanta seeks a Staff Program Controls Specialist to lead project controls efforts, manage daily controls tasks, and support program controls planning and training. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years of direct project controls experience, with Primavera P6 experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of direct project controls experience.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification, ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls tasks and provide input to the program controls plan.
• Develop and execute project controls quality and consistency plans; interact with clients.
• Support and mentor stakeholders in project controls technology and processes.
• Create program reporting data warehouse and client-facing control reports.
• Assist in scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and document control.
• Perform risk review, Earned Value management support, and cost forecasting.
