Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager in the Miami, FL area. The role focuses on collecting budget, schedule, and cost data, monitoring activity, and generating reporting to keep programs on time and within budget.

You will reconcile data with financial systems, support master scheduling, and coordinate with PMs, CM’s, and contractors to maintain data quality and controls across complex capital projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
• Must have 5+ years of experience in Primavera P6
• Requires knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, finance and contract administration
• Strong AEC project analyst and project controls experience

Responsibilities

• Manages reconciliation of program controls data with financial systems
• Monitors and records project data using existing systems
• Leads Planning and Development Teams to maintain data coding structures
• Gathers budgets, contracts, change orders, trends and costs
• Develops and maintains a program controls reporting database
• Ensures timely project progress reporting to flag schedule/cost risks
• Supports master scheduling to meet time and cost constraints
• Reviews and recommends changes to project documents
