Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist in Dallas to develop and maintain program schedules, gather status from PMs, and prepare cost reports. You will analyze trends, risks, and opportunities while supporting budget planning and forecasting.

Proficiency in MS Project and Oracle Primavera Cloud is required, along with advanced Excel and data tools. We value strong communication and collaboration across project teams; this role offers growth in a global capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls and cost management.
• Hands-on with MS Project and OPC Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint; data analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and gather project status information to update program-level schedules.
• Track changes, trends, and risks; prepare budget and cost reports.
• Support budget, actual status, and forecast costs; monitor progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities and risks and communicate findings to stakeholders.
