Job summary

Consertus seeks a responsible Project Coordinator to support project controls across engineering and construction projects. The role requires solid coordination experience, strong communication, and proficiency with visualization tools for tracking schedules, costs, and progress.

You will maintain documentation, support reporting cycles, monitor performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow‑ups and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project controls within engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards, or similar).
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Support project controls activities including schedule tracking, cost monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and dashboards using visualization tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, action items, and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and administrative teams to keep project workflows aligned.
