Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager - ILS to lead project controls teams across multiple projects. You will establish budgets, schedules, and resource plans, and implement cost control and performance measurement.

You will develop change control, supervise staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and present performance reports. Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industrial experience in project controls, cost controls, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, and project management.
• Bachelor or Master in Construction Science or related field preferred; high school diploma with extensive experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor cost control and performance measurement methodologies.
• Develop and manage change control procedures.
• Supervise and mentor project controls staff.
• Coordinate work with other project team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project performance reports (cost, schedule, quality).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
