Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Program Controls Lead to drive integrated controls across cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting within the COE. You will lead Cost Controls and Scheduling, establish governance standards, and deliver data-driven insights to support capital planning and program delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Delivery, PMO, Design Enablement, Innovation, and client stakeholders to improve predictability, strengthen integration of cost and schedule, and guide long-term capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls leadership.
• Strong leadership and organizational management capabilities.
• Ability to integrate cost, schedule, and operational data into executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-wide controls governance across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish and enforce program-wide controls standards and performance expectations.
• Drive benchmarking, analytics, and risk visibility to improve predictability.
• Partner with delivery teams to align controls with constructability and delivery planning.
• Develop portfolio-level forecasting and controls analytics for executives.
