JLL is seeking a Program Controls Lead to oversee Cost Controls and Scheduling across a broad portfolio. You will establish unified governance, drive consistency in estimates and schedules, and partner with key delivery teams to improve predictability and financial stewardship.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and continuous improvement within a Center of Excellence and supports enterprise planning capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in construction cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls leadership.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.
• Experience with portfolio-level forecasting and capital planning preferred.
• Ability to deliver data-driven insights to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own program-wide controls governance for estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead integrated cost controls and scheduling teams under a unified structure.
• Establish standards for governance, estimating, scheduling, and forecasting methodologies.
• Drive benchmarking, risk visibility, and accountability across the portfolio.
• Partner with Project Delivery, PMO, Design Enablement, and Innovation to align priorities.
