Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking an Executive-level Project Leader to direct major project development and execution, guiding planning, permitting and management to meet company objectives. You will work with stakeholders from inception to in-service and shape the company’s strategic direction at the highest level.

This role requires a strong track record in leading complex engineering or pipeline projects, managing budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance, while fostering safety and collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, business, legal, science, engineering, or related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership outcomes in leading self, others and organization.
Experience delivering performance results in complex operations, maintenance or engineering activities.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a culture of safety in project execution across all resources.
Develop permitting and project execution strategy for major initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives with design, schedule and cost indications.
Promote open communication between customers, departments, and personnel.
Build and manage a strong project execution team for project initiatives.
