Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related area.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilités

• Lead project controls for large capital programs (≥$500M USD).
• Establish baselines for cost, schedule, and resource plans; manage changes and risk.
• Coach and direct project control teams; ensure compliance with Lilly finance policies.
