Jacobs in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico seeks a Project Controls Lead to drive cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for a program management team. You will oversee subcontractor invoicing, track actual costs, and update estimates at completion while coordinating issue resolution across projects.

The role requires 5+ years in project cost controls, experience with EcoSys/Oracle/Excel, and a strong cost accounting background. Hybrid work options available within PR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 5 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with project controls tools EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel.
• Experience tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.
• Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.

• Provide solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.
• Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Coordinate and execute project issues across various projects.
• Track actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.
