Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across the United States. You will build and maintain complex schedule and cost baselines, analyze monthly data, and prepare standard reports for stakeholders.

The role includes risk integration into forecasts and implementing financial controls with cross‑functional teams. The successful candidate will have extensive EVMS experience, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to manage international portfolios

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and large-scale project budgets.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and EcoSys for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts and validates costs.
• Performs portfolio analysis and reports on On Time Delivery and risk forecasts.
• Provides guidance to junior staff and may supervise junior engineers on project work.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations.
