Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with 5 years of practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7 years of practical experience.
• Associate's degree with 11 years of practical experience or high school with 15 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, implement, maintain and be accountable for total project controls and cost management.
• Prepare business/financial plans and periodic reports.
• Develop cost and schedule baselines and resource plans to optimize performance.
• Lead or guide subordinates in complex, multi-project analyses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and spend plans.
• Provide leadership and training to project controls personnel.
