• Guide others in multi-project analysis and problem correction.
• Lead cost reviews, change management, and variance analysis.
• Maintain costs in PeopleSoft and analyze pool variances.
• Provide financial reporting and scenario analysis to management.
• Train and lead other Project Controls personnel.
